A classic 1920s Bulova with a tonneau style case. This watch is all original, except for the crystal and the band. The case is 14K white gold filled, and the movement a swiss made 15 jewel calibre 10AN. The case shows fine engraving around the bezel and along the sides. The case of this watch is in Excellent condition, despite being nearly 90 years old. The only spot that deserves mention is one of the lugs, which shows wear where the springbar passes through the lug (see the photos of the stem side and back of the watch for detail). The wear does not impact the appearance or the functioning of the watch.

The crystal is a replacement crystal and is clear and without scratches. The dial is all original. We did not refinish this dial, choosing instead to leave it in place with a pleasing patina. The cathedral hands are also original to this watch and are in Very Good shape. The watch measures 36.5 mm from lug to lug and is 26.8 mm wide, without the crown.

This watch is powered by Bulova’s swiss made 10AN movement. This is a 15 jewel movement with 4 adjustments. This is a three piece signed Bulova case. Note in the photos the original celluloid dust shield and ring are still intact and in good shape. The watch is currently running well and keeping good time, though it has not been serviced by us.

We added a new genuine leather band to the watch; it is a medium sized (Regular size) band. It is ready to wear, though as we do not know the last time this watch was serviced, we do recommend you get it cleaned, oiled, and adjusted to get the maximum enjoyment from the watch.
